At BāKIT Box...

BāKIT Box is a specialty baking kit service that aims at creating cultural experiences in the household through baking! We offer a changing selection of globally inspired recipes so you can create delicious treats at home from scratch!

You will sign up for recurring deliveries with your name and email address. You can then select the baking kits for your first box! Keep in mind, you get to choose something new every month.

Choose 2-3 baking kits and select how often you would like boxes shipped to you.  You can choose to have shipments delivered monthly, every other month, or every 2 months (quarterly). 

Between the 1st and the 8th of every month, you can log into your account at bakitbox.com and select the recipes you want in your next delivery. Just log in, click “Subscriptions” and then “Pick my kits!”

After the 8th of the month, selections will close and we will begin preparing your delicious baking kits. Don’t worry – If you forget, we will select our pastry chef’s recommendation for you. 

Renewals process between the 12-16th of every month and are shipped within a few days. 

Our subscribers get 10% off all recipes included in their monthly box AND free shipping. PLUS, we offer exclusive recipes that are only available to our subscribers.

We totally understand that life can get busy! If you are looking to skip a month, you can log into your account, click on “Subscriptions” and then you will see options to skip the next month’s box.

We require a minimum 3-month commitment to really give us a try! This 3 month period allows us to get to know you, your taste preferences, and your baking aspirations. It also allows us to get ahead of production, so you always receive your boxes on time. 

If you must cancel, we do have options. You can log into your account, click on “Subscriptions” and you will see options to cancel the service. If you are within the 3-month period, there will be a cancellation fee.

All of our baking kits are shelf stable, and that means that you do not need to refrigerate any of the items! Typically each kit will last 2-3 months with the exception of a fresh produce item (such as lemons) that may be included in your recipe.

Our subscribers get to choose 2 or 3 recipes on a monthly basis. You can choose to have shipments delivered monthly, every other month, or every 2 months (quarterly).

Our kits are approximately 2lb each plus shipping materials.

Each one of our baking kits will indicate if there are common allergens included. Typically our recipes contain dairy, gluten, and eggs. When we offer allergen free recipes, we will label it directly on the product page!

All of our baking kits are shelf stable, which means no refrigeration necessary. Each of our BāKIT Box kits have a recommended "Bake within" time frame listed on the product page and on the recipe card that arrives in your shipment.

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

We currently ship across the continental USA.

We ship via different platforms depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation after purchase, and you will also receive a shipping confirmation once the product ships out!

Yes, your shipping confirmation email will have tracking info included.

Our delivery personnel should leave the package for you at your door with no signature required. We package all of our kits in insulated liners with ice packs. If you have any concerns with the temperature or condition of your ingredients once delivered, please contact info@bakitbox.com

After you accept delivery of a Product from us, if you are not 100% satisfied with the Product (because it is defective or otherwise), you may request a refund within seven days of delivery by sending an email to info@bakitbox.com.

If part of a Product is defective, we reserve the right to decide in our discretion whether we will provide you with (A) a refund in an amount equal to the value of the defective portion(s) or (B) a full refund in an amount equal to the full value of the Product. The full refund option does not apply to orders larger than $100.
  • If you refuse delivery of a Product from us for any reason, we will notify you within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund (and, if so, the amount) by phone or email. If we determine that you are entitled to a refund, we will process such refund within 30 days of communicating our decision to you.
  • We usually provide refunds using the same method that you used to pay for your purchase.

We're committed to tackling packaging waste; we use packaging that is recyclable or reusable. Here are some tips on how to recycle your packaging:

Shipping Box - All of the BāKIT Boxes are made from partially recycled cardboard and are curbside recyclable.

Packing Peanuts - These are made of static-free organic starch and are water dissolvable. Pour them in the sink, turn on the tap, and watch them wash away. They leave no toxic waste and are FDA compliant! 

Produce Bags - The kit and ingredient bags can be reused or recycled at all locations that accept plastic bags.

Plastic Ingredient Bags - these can be recycled at all locations that accept plastic bags.

Recipe Cards - Recipe cards are designed to be kept for your future bāking needs! They can also be recycled.
