Tools needed: 2 eggs, ¼ tsp salt, 2 large mixing bowls, whisk, spatula, vegetable peeler, grater, 8” square or round cake pan, butter knife.

Pro tips: Use a food processor with a grater attachment if you have it. This will make grating the carrots a breeze.
