Originating in Jewish communities in Eastern Europe, this tasty morsel can be found the world over. There are many versions and flavors but chocolate is high on the list of favorites. Babka is an enriched yeasted dough much like a brioche which is then filled, rolled, and twisted before baked to perfection.
