Naan is a leavened flatbread found clear across Asia in many forms. This particular version is found in the Indian subcontinent. We have flavored it with garlic, but many other flavorings are common. You can enjoy it sprinkled with cilantro, with dips, or use it to scoop up your favorite curry.
