Graham Cracker Crumbs, Granulated Sugar, Lemon Juice, Gelatine Sheets, Meringue Powder 

Serving size: 1, 9” pie

Cook time: 4.5 hours

Difficulty level: Intermediate

Bāke within: 2 weeks

Tools needed: 1 cup Unsalted Butter, ¼ tsp. Salt, 4 Eggs, ½ cup Cold Water, Optional: 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

9” Pie Plate/Tin, Baking Sheet, Medium Saucepan, Whisk, 2 Mixing Bowls, Rubber Spatula, Mesh Strainer,Electric Mixer with Whisk Attachment (You can use a bowl and whisk if you don’t have a mixer but making your meringue will be quite a workout!)
