What’s in your kit?
Bread Flour, Instant Yeast, Granulated Sugar, Baking Soda, Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue Food Coloring.
Serving size: 6 bagels
Cook time: 1.5 hours + 1.5 hours to proof
Difficulty level: Intermediate
Bāke within: 4 weeks
You will need: 1 tsp. Salt, 1 Cup water, Large Mixing Bowl, 4 Smaller Mixing Bowls, Rolling Pin, Knife, Wooden Spoon, Saucepot, Tongs, Plastic Wrap, 2 Baking Sheets Lined with Parchment or Non-stick Baking Mat.
Optional: Stand mixer with dough hook attachment.

Amazing, easy and delicious!
I appreciated how everything was premeasured and the instructions were easy to follow. My only critique would be to use a stronger flavored rosewater. The flavor disappeared but it was a nice cake overall.
The Persian Love Cake was so fun to make with my husband! This was a new recipe for both of us and it was so delicious! I've enjoyed it every morning with my tea :) Thanks BakitBox!
