How can we get started and how long is the set up process? +

Email us at info@bakitbox.com to get started. Your custom product page will be up and running within a few business days, and we'll send over a partnership agreement and tips for sharing the page with your families within about a week.

Is there any upfront cost or minimum order for our school? +

No. There are no upfront costs and no minimum orders required.

How are funds tracked and paid out to our PTO? +

Funds are tracked monthly based on sales made through your school's dedicated product page. We'll mail a check directly to your school within 15 business days of each monthly reconciliation.

How long does the fundraiser run? +

As long as you'd like. You can run it for a set campaign or keep it open year-round.

What age range are the kits designed for? +

Our kits are designed for ages 5 to 12. Younger kids enjoy baking alongside a grown-up, while older kids can work more independently and dive deeper into each activity.

Are the kits allergy-friendly? +

Our facility is peanut-free. We also offer a gluten-free kit, though it's produced in a facility that is not certified gluten-free. If a family has a serious allergy, we do not recommend purchasing our products. 

Can multiple schools in our district participate together? +

Yes. Schools can share one custom page or each have their own, whichever works best for your district.

How do families receive their kits? +

Families order directly on your school's page and enter their shipping and billing information. Kits ship within 3 to 4 business days, and shipping costs may apply depending on order size.
